Eaton's IS VEH Technology division is seeking a Facilities & EHS Campus Manager for our Galesburg, MI facility. This full-time, on-site leadership role will manage the site’s facilities and environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure reliable operations and compliance.

You will lead budgeting, master planning, and site strategy, collaborate with HR on policies, and coordinate with global EHS standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of industrial experience in Facilities management and/or Environmental, Health and Safety processes.
• Minimum 3 years managing people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility operating budget (~$4.5M).
• Lead facilities master planning and capital outlay implementation.
• Oversee lease and tenant operations and coordinate tenant requirements with site operations.
• Define and maintain a facilities strategy focused on sustainability and workspace optimization.
• Support product line testing initiatives for growth and sustainment.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and enforce site policies and drive employee engagement.
• Lead environmental health, safety, and security strategy across multiple sites.

This is a full time, on-site position based at our Galesburg, MI facility.The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices.
