Job summary

MGM Resorts International, Bellagio, is seeking a Facilities Dispatcher to support daily operations of Facilities and Engineering, coordinate maintenance requests, monitor life safety systems, and act as central communications hub.

You will dispatch personnel, respond to emergencies, operate radios, use HotSOS and Amadeus, maintain dispatch logs, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely responses and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of relevant hospitality or similar experience.
• Experience in hotel, resort, or casino operations, dispatch, Facilities or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to phone calls, emails, inquiries, and requests, prioritizing by urgency.
• Dispatch and coordinate Facilities and Engineering personnel for emergencies and daily needs.
• Monitor Fire & Life Safety and facility systems, responding to alarms per safety procedures.
• Operate two-way radios, phones, and other systems to relay information between departments.
• Use HotSOS, Amadeus, and other systems to create and track work orders.
• Provide updates on service requests and work orders to leadership and departments.
