Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a Facilities Director to lead facility management and engineering services, ensuring adherence to program standards and SOPs for Operations and Maintenance. The role drives performance, safety, and client satisfaction while evaluating industry standards to keep operations competitive.

The Director will oversee 10–15 hourly staff, manage capital budgets, and maintain strong vendor and client relationships across the site, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility/Manufacturing maintenance management experience.
• Knowledgeable of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Requires budgeting experience.
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, boilers, generators).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, administers and directs all facility maintenance and engineering activities and ensures compliance with ARAMARK and client standards.
• Delivers strong operational performance by adhering to standards and conducting assessments and action plans for a proactive facility maintenance program.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards by local agencies.
• Oversees site utility systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, energy management and fire/life safety.
• Manages vendor relationships and client relations at all levels.
• Directs Facility and Maintenance Supervisors and frontline staff, driving development and engagement.
• Develops forecasts and explains variances; manages capital budgets and component accounting.
• Ensures use of work order management systems and compliance with contract obligations.
• Oversees a staff of 10-15 hourly associates.
