Aramark is seeking a Facilities Director to lead all facility operations in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee maintenance, engineering, and infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building systems while driving continuous improvement and asset reliability.

You will collaborate with site leadership, engineering, EHS, and operations to meet business objectives, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, engineering, or operations leadership in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/environmental/safety/compliance in industrial environments.
• Proven leadership of maintenance teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing operating budgets, capital projects, and P&L responsibilities.
• Familiarity with electrical distribution, HVAC, boilers, and production-support utilities.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for operational improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder influence.
• Strong project management and organization in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS.

Responsabilités

• Lead facility maintenance, engineering, and infrastructure to support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
• Drive site maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement for uptime and production goals.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements and promote safety culture.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, boilers, compressed air, water systems, fire protection, and energy management.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and asset performance.
• Lead capital projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure investments.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships for quality service and cost control.
• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for maintenance staff.
• Develop/manage operating and capital budgets and forecast variances.
• Ensure compliance with client agreements, SOPs, and maintain data-driven decision making.
