We are seeking an experienced Facilities Director to manage the construction, remodels, and closeouts of our 100+ retail locations throughout North America. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in general construction and a contractor's license for the state of CA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects for all company locations
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure all construction projects meet local building codes and regulations
• Manage the remodeling and closeout of existing locations
• Develop and implement facility maintenance plans to ensure all locations are kept in good condition
• Work with the management team to identify and prioritize facility needs
• Manage the facility budget and ensure all expenses are in line with company expectations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility projects align with company goals

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in general construction
• Contractor's license for the state of CA
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
