Job summary

Waterblast in Tampa, FL is seeking a Facilities Maintenance/Operations Support role to perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment and building systems. The role includes transporting equipment and materials, supporting shipping/receiving, and assisting with office and yard improvements.

Requires at least 2 years of related maintenance experience, the ability to operate hand and power tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years general maintenance or related experience.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to operate basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Follow monthly preventive maintenance schedule for facility equipment.
Inspect, test, and service the wash bay monthly.
Coordinate required service and repairs for the parts truck.
Cross-train and support assembly functions within the shop.
Assist the parts department with shipping, receiving, and material handling.
Follow DOT regulations and driving policies; load/unload and inspect cargo.
Support branch and customer operations by transporting equipment, parts, and materials.
Repair and maintain doors, locks, fixtures, and building systems.
Assist with office, warehouse, and yard improvements and setup.
