Job description

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Keep breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, and handwash stations in “Tour Ready – Audit Ready” status by daily cleaning and sanitizing.

2. Collect and discard items from trash receptacles, recycle receptacles, and bio-hazard containers daily.

3. Operate, clean, and store the floor scrubber for micro control.

4. Order and restock cleaning supplies.

5. Assist and guide the contracted off-shift cleaning crew.

6. Complete daily task list and document additional work or changes needed.

7. Use EAM for work orders and document completion.

8. Demonstrate commitment to Rockline’s RRITE Values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.

9. Perform work safely, ensuring safety is a priority in all tasks.

10. Contribute to a cooperative team effort by performing other job-related tasks as needed or requested.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of work experience preferred.

3. Self-directed with ability to follow documented procedures and assigned tasks.

4. Ability to read chemical labels and SDS, and understand safe handling practices.

5. Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and work well within a team.

6. Availability to work scheduled overtime as needed.
