Job summary

CIT Trucks, LLC is hiring a Custodian to maintain the dealership’s cleanliness and safety across multiple locations in the Midwest. You will perform cleaning, repairs, waste disposal, and safety inspections to keep facilities at peak condition.

No prior custodial experience is required, but candidates must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED. The role includes competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dealership
• Repair, replace, and refurbish any damaged or broken property
• Identify and eliminate any safety violations throughout the grounds
• Remove snow and weather-related hazards as necessary
• Dispose of waste
• Manage janitorial supplies for the dealership
