Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must maintain updated state required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of common areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wet mopping, glass cleaning).
• Assist in cleaning assigned rooms (dusting, mopping, emptying trash, window cleaning).
• Clean spills in carpeted areas and wet mop spills on hard surfaces.
• Assist in snow removal of walkways and move furniture as needed.
• Conduct corrective cleaning (wall and glass cleaning, graffiti removal, floor refinishing, carpet shampooing).
• Report maintenance issues to the Custodial Services Manager and maintain custodial tools.
