ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Keep breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, and handwash stations "Tour Read - Audit Ready" by daily cleaning and sanitizing.
2. Collect and discard items from trash, recycle, and bio-hazard containers daily.
3. Operate, clean, and store the floor scrubber for micro control.
4. Order and restock cleaning supplies.
5. Assist and guide the contracted off-shift cleaning crew.
6. Complete daily task lists and document additional work or changes.
7. Use EAM for work orders and documentation.
8. Uphold Rockline's RRITE Values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
9. Perform all work safely, contributing to a safe work environment.
10. Participate in a cooperative team effort and perform other job-related duties as needed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year of work experience.
2. Good communication skills and excellent attendance.
3. Self-directed with ability to follow procedures.
4. Ability to read chemical labels and SDS for safe handling.
5. Adaptable to changing priorities; able to follow instructions and work in a team.
6. Availability for scheduled overtime.
