Qualifications

• Experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred.

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management to prioritize tasks during shift.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Carry out floor care: buffing and polishing.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling.
• Assist with residential painting and minor facilities maintenance.
• Conduct industrial cleaning per safety standards.
• Respond to custodial requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor supplies and equipment; report maintenance needs.
• Maintain outdoor areas with light landscaping or walkway cleaning.
