Job summary

ESFM® USA is looking for a part-time janitor in Mineral, Virginia. Responsibilities include heavy cleaning tasks such as mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash. The role requires prior custodial experience and involves working from 7:00 am to 11:00 am on varying days. Qualifications

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and mops floors, sanitizing all surfaces.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning.
• Cleans assigned areas using specified materials and equipment.
• Washes walls, windows, and other items.
• Identifies areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs duties in accordance with all guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team and exhibits professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job description

Job Summary

Keeps buildings clean and orderly by performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Responsibilities also include sanitizing surfaces, following eight‑step cleaning procedures, and maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.

500 Haley Drive – CAB BLDG 09, Mineral, VA 23117.

Schedule

Part‑time. Days may vary, 7:00 am – 11:00 am. Specific schedule details will be provided during the interview.

Pay Range

$14.50 per hour to $17.50 per hour.

• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items.
• Identifies areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete the task.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs duties in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refines floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team and exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
