Diversified Maintenance is hiring for janitorial positions in a morning shift. The role involves cleaning and preserving assigned areas within client sites, with flexibility in duties to meet client specifications.

The position offers steady work with weekly pay for both full-time and part-time roles. Responsibilities include floor cleaning, restroom upkeep, trash disposal, window cleaning, carpet care, and stocking supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or minimum six months of janitorial experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash cans and manage waste as required.
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, and partitions with appropriate cleaners and equipment.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffers.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by scope of work or client needs.
