Brady Sullivan Properties is adding to their Maintenance team in Hooksett, NH. We are seeking a dynamic self-starter for a Custodian to perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and floor care to keep entrances and common areas neat and inviting.

You will operate independently, follow instructions, and support a professional, dependable service mindset. Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, occasional floor stripping/waxing, window/wall cleaning, carpet shampooing, trash removal, and

Competenze

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Organize and schedule work to be completed timely.
• Stand for long periods; stoop, bend, lift as needed.
• Self-starter, neat in appearance; professional demeanor.
• Work independently and take direction well.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Dedication to high cleaning standards.

Mansioni

• Routine cleaning of building and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
