Job summary

Pilot Company in Colby, KS is hiring for a Facility Services role centered on keeping the travel center clean and welcoming. You will clean showers and restrooms, manage towels, and perform basic maintenance to ensure a great guest experience for motorists and travelers.

This position supports a friendly team with a flexible schedule, offers weekly pay, health plans, PTO, and opportunities to train in other roles within our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Self-starters with high motivation.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
