Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for an entry-level store maintenance role across our travel centers. You will keep the store clean, manage showers and restrooms, handle towels, perform basic repair tasks, and keep the travel center tidy while delivering excellent guest service.

The position supports a flexible schedule, requires physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, and offers weekly pay, meal perks, a discount on fuel, health plans, PTO, and family leave to eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
