Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least 6 months of related experience.
• Ability to supervise and guide temporary staff when needed.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safe work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, scrubbing, and dusting floors and windows.
• Clean bathrooms, classrooms, hallways, offices, lobbies, entry ways, elevators and other facility areas.
• Dispose of all facility garbage and recycling by transporting materials to proper disposal areas.
• Move, arrange, set-up, and tear down furniture and other event materials when required.
• Stock and organize supplies and equipment to maintain inventory cleanliness and standards.
• May provide guidance to lower level facilities positions.
• Perform other related duties of a comparable level/type as assigned.
