Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to keep our locations clean, safe, and welcoming for travelers. You’ll work as part of a team to maintain facilities in line with TA standards while delivering friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide a clean, sanitary environment for guests.
• Know and follow safety and security guidelines and report unsafe situations.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each assignment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
