Job summary

SendCutSend is hiring a Facilities Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment across offices and production areas. The role may involve high-level cleaning using a scissor lift and requires independence and reliability.

Responsibilities include operating industrial cleaners, managing supplies, and reporting maintenance needs while following safety protocols. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, with a strong emphasis on sanitation and workplace excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of janitorial experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment (industrial floor cleaners, pressure washers, shop-vacs, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Willingness to take initiative and help where needed.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Consistently reliable and punctual.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Complete light maintenance tasks such as painting and simple repairs.
• Operate industrial floor cleaners, shop vacuums, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in both the office and production areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of all warehouse areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
• Restock restroom, kitchen, and custodial supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures, including proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies.
• Maintain the exterior of the facility and outdoor common spaces for a clean appearance.
• Support Facilities & Workplace Experience team with additional tasks as needed.
