Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Custodian 1/2 to maintain a clean, safe facility and support building operations. The role includes emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, dusting, floors, and reporting hazards.

This position may require DoD Secret clearance eligibility, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with travel up to 10% of the time. Salary ranges depend on level and experience, plus benefits and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of custodial methods and safe use of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash receptacles daily in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, and other restroom fixtures.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and maintain entrances and common areas.
• Restock restroom and common-area consumables.
• Report safety or sanitation hazards to the appropriate department.
