Qualifications

• Certified to operate required cleaning equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds solo and up to 100 pounds with a partner.
• Capable of standing, bending, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
• Able to work with cleaners and chemicals safely.
• Strong English communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, and public areas as directed.
• Operate vacuums, polishers, buffers, and other equipment.
• Perform emergency cleanups such as floods or spills.
• Restock supplies and dispose of waste.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs.
• May assist with grounds and special events.
