Indianola Community School District is seeking a dedicated Custodian at the District Operations Center in Indianola, IA. Under direct supervision of the Head Custodian, you will assist in maintaining the general cleanliness and safety of district facilities.

Responsibilities include performing custodial tasks, cleaning floors and surfaces, handling supplies, reporting repairs, and following district standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs cleaning in all areas of a building and surrounding grounds.
• Cleans and polishes bathroom fixtures.
• Replaces light bulbs and cleans light fixtures using a ladder.
• Handles both clean and soiled linens; refills disposables.
• Cleans and disinfects as necessary in all areas.
• Reports breakage and needed repairs.
