Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules to custodial staff.
• Inspect facilities for cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and dust glass, windows, tabletops, desks, blinds, vents, walls, woodwork, fixtures, furniture, cabinets, and hardware.
• Sanitize, clean, and deodorize restrooms; empty garbage and replenish supplies.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, strip, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Move and arrange chairs, tables, cabinets, and office equipment.
• Mow and trim lawns and shrubs; snow removal in inclement weather.
• Ensure entrances and doors are secured and locked.
