Job summary

The Tohono O'odham Nation seeks a reliable Custodian to maintain a clean, safe environment at offices in Menagers Dam. responsibilities include floor care, window cleaning, restocking supplies, waste disposal, and minor equipment setup.

Under general supervision, you will support daily operations, follow established procedures, and report repairs as needed. A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required; some custodial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and three months' work experience in custodial services.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and maintain safety.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, strip, buff and wax floors.
• Vacuum and shampoo rugs and carpets as required; extract if needed.
• Wash windows; dust and polish furniture and blinds.
• Setup and disassemble equipment for meetings.
• Stock janitorial supplies by taking inventories and placing orders.
• Empty and dispose of trash; disinfect restrooms and restock supplies.
• Report major repairs to supervisor.
• Performs other related duties and supports team.
