Job summary

Travaux Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a versatile Custodian to perform custodial maintenance, ground care, and light repairs in assigned areas.

You will empty trash, mop floors, water plants, snow shovel, and help with doors/screens; unlock buildings; deliver supplies; adapt to a range of tasks. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years' related experience are typical; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Forklift certification required or at least available.
• Ability to perform heavy physical work and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Custodial maintenance: trash, floors, windows, and related tasks.
• Grounds maintenance: lawn care, plant care, snow shoveling, mowing.
• Basic repairs to screens, toilets, doors, and building areas.
• Unlocks buildings and gates; delivers supplies to assigned areas.
• Other duties of similar nature as assigned.
