Job summary

Clemson University is seeking a Building/Grounds Specialist in Custodial Recycling Services. This full-time role performs routine custodial duties as part of a skilled team, helps maintain supplies, and supports safety and inspection activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial, housekeeping or pest control work directly related to area.
• Work experience 1+ years.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with Custodial Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing and polishing floors.
• Handle floor care: waxing, buffing, dry and wet stripping of floors.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and distribute in assigned areas.
