Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass Minnesota Background Study clearance.
• Previous building janitorial experience.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Schedule flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand Housing First and Harm Reduction philosophies and apply to duties.
• Provide cleaning and general upkeep of the property.
• Assist Site Director in identifying cleaning and repair projects.
• Implement routine cleaning for floors, rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Assist in snow/ice removal from sidewalks and entryways.
• Prepare rooms for rental and ensure safety practices.
