Runnings is seeking a Facility Custodian to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance at our Jamestown site. Responsibilities include restroom upkeep, trash removal, floor cleaning, light bulb replacement, cardboard disposal, and seasonal lawn/snow tasks.

The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe work environment and may involve basic facility upkeep as needed.

Responsibilities

• Restroom maintenance and stocking of toilet tissue, soap, and paper towels.
• Break down and dispose of cardboard; operate cardboard baler if available.
• Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
• Keep floors clean via mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubbing.
• Replace light bulbs as necessary to keep the facility well-lit.
• Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal as needed.

The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds.

• Restroom maintenance and cleaning as well as keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers filled, paper towels dispensers filled, and all other restroom products stocked.
• Properly break down and dispose of cardboard including use of cardboard baler.
• Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
• Keep floors in clean condition to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubber.
• Replace light bulbs as necessary.
• Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal.
