Job summary

Dynamic Systems Inc., a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary, and organized facilities at Fort Hood. The role requires dependable, detail-oriented individuals capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with potential weekend work, and involves cleaning tasks across various areas using standard custodial equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to operate standard custodial cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and floor care.
• Conduct high dusting and detailed cleaning of surfaces, fixtures, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste materials.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment according to training and guidelines.
• Maintain organized and properly stocked cleaning supply and equipment storage areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning needs or concerns.
• Support a safe and professional work environment at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
