Job summary

The Housekeeper position at Dynamic Systems Inc., a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary environment within assigned facilities. This role includes daily cleaning, sanitation, dusting, floor care, and proper storage of cleaning supplies to support safe and welcoming spaces.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Schedule is Monday through Friday with possible weekend work at Fort Hood.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to operate standard custodial cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and floor care.
• Conduct high dusting and detailed cleaning of surfaces, fixtures, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste materials.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment according to training and guidelines.
• Maintain organized and properly stocked cleaning supply and equipment storage areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning needs or concerns.
• Support a safe and professional work environment at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
