Job summary

Maverick Transportation, LLC in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Facilities Custodian to maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of our buildings. You will perform routine janitorial tasks, sanitize restrooms, manage trash, and assist with event setups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of custodial, janitorial, or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, reach overhead, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of break rooms, lobbies, hallways, stairways, and entryways.
• Monitor and restock supplies (paper towels, soap, sanitizer, toilet paper).
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with event setup and teardown as needed.
