Qualifications

• Experience in custodial/janitorial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in office and restricted areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial duties across assigned facilities, including trash disposal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, stocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment safely and follow environmental best practices.
• Clean windows and sanitize office surfaces daily.
• Carry out periodic deep cleaning and seasonal projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
