Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and specialized cleaning of offices, dormitories, laboratories, libraries, and common areas.
• Sanitizes bathroom surfaces and food handling areas.
• Restocks consumables daily in restrooms and kitchens.
• Cleans floors using brooms, mops, and floor machines.
• Dusts and washes furniture and surfaces.
• Vacuums carpets and maintains cleanliness.
• Empties trash and recyclables; moves waste to pickup points.
• Operates floor machines for stripping and waxing floors.
• May perform residential housekeeping during events.
• May move heavy objects and equipment as needed.
• May perform snow removal and apply ice melt.
• May require ladders and occasional overtime.
