Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in facilities, janitorial, or service teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of custodial staff in the program.
• Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure custodial services meet site needs and SBM policies.
• Inspect quality, service, and safety; report required repairs.
• Manage supplies and equipment; issue supplies as needed.
• Interview, hire, plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance.
