Job summary

You will assign daily tasks, inspect work for quality and safety, and oversee cleaning of equipment, walkways, restrooms, and common areas. This role also supports 5S/CI efforts and coordinates routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial or facility cleaning preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to facility cleaning staff.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety compliance.
• Perform or oversee cleaning of equipment, walkways, windows, restrooms, and common areas.
• Coordinate minor painting and routine maintenance tasks as instructed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train new team members in cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Notify management of required major repairs or facility issues.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement standards.
