Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience with commercial/industrial HVAC or critical infrastructure systems.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is required.
• Ability to read electrical/control schematics.
• Experience in maintenance of critical facilities and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
• Independently handle minor repairs and assist with critical system repairs.
• Periodically inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and take action.
• Escort vendors and support subcontractor services as needed.
• Mentor junior staff on maintenance tasks and safety protocols.
• Maintain records and follow biosafety protocols for NBACC labs.
• Monitor alarms, pressure gauges, and temperature controls; report irregularities.
