FACILITIES WORKER

FACILITIES DEPARTMENT

collaboration. The firm is seeking a Facilities Worker for our San Francisco office.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Upkeep and organization of general common areas

  • Receive, sort, log and distribute incoming mail, packages and deliveries

  • Run mail/packages to post office/FedEx

  • Attend to mail room duties - adding postage and preparing labels

  • Monitor and clean assigned commons areas including conference rooms, pantries, copy rooms, mail rooms, offices, admin workstations and supply closet

  • Handle basic maintenance repairs, equipment setup and breakdown, as needed throughout the day

  • Set up Coffee stations daily and ice maker, empty/fill/put away dishes, wipe down surfaces in kitchens

  • Stock kitchens with snacks, sodas and waters and purchase when necessary

  • Check supply/inventory levels in the office & purchase orders with the appropriate stores/vendors

  • Assist with building engines requests

  • Office moves/relocations - packing, moving and unpacking

  • Ensure reception pantry, wellness rooms and storage rooms are clean, stocked and organized

  • Stay on top of paper supply throughout the office

  • Set up, clean up and removal of catering from conference rooms/kitchens

  • Set up visiting attorney offices

  • Breakdown and removal of boxes

  • Attend to shredding when needed

  • Wipe down surfaces and glass partitions in commons areas

  • Vacuum/sweep carpet and report location for carpet cleaning

  • coverage needs and requests


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Consistency and follow-up skills are a must
