The Facilities Coordinator I is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A day in the Life:
  • Provide administrative support, including purchasing, scheduling contractors, and organizing bids.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities: scheduling repairs, ordering supplies, maintaining logs.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and onboarding new employees, including preparing materials and coordinating training.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and logistics for inbound/outbound goods.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate across teams to support site initiatives and projects.
  • Perform general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, maintaining office equipment.
  • Network with industry professionals and manage vendors, suppliers, or contractors.
Keys to Success:

Education:

  • Two-year college degree or high school diploma with at least two years of administrative experience.
Experience:
