Who We Are

Facilities and Energy Services – Keyless Access and Video Surveillance. The Keyless Access and Video Surveillance team, within Facilities and Energy Services, ensures the safety and security of our campus community. Facility Management is a service-oriented department and is the initial point of contact for all facilities-related requests, including maintenance and access to TAMU buildings, infrastructure, and amenities. As a Facilities Coordinator I, you will assist with coordinating maintenance and repairs related to mechanical and electrical operations, HVAC, custodial, and landscaping to keep buildings comfortable and safe for faculty, staff, students, and guests. Join us in providing excellent customer service at Texas A&M University. We offer development opportunities to help advance your career. Multiple positions are available. Your responsibilities will include routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance, departmental moves, after-hours emergencies, and more. You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate renovation and construction projects, building access, space planning, and emergency management. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential.

What You Need To Know

Starting salary: $48,612, commensurate with experience.

This position is located in College Station, TX. Remote work is not available at this time.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in facilities management or building maintenance is preferred
