A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage repair and maintenance requests remotely. This role offers a salary range of $26-30 per hour, equivalent to $54k-62.4k annually.

As the Facilities Coordinator,you will be responding to and fulfilling requests submitted by tenants as well as handling internal work orders assigned within the Asset Management team. Such requests include landlord‐responsibility repair and maintenance items or replacement requests. Other requests include routine property maintenance items needed to be addressed within the common areas of our properties, repair or maintenance items identified after annual lender inspections, and repair items identified as needing to be completed within a specified timeframe upon close of a portfolio. It is the duty of the Facilities Coordinator to identify and prioritize the various types of incoming work orders and to document all pertinent activity. In addition, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for responding to all repair and maintenance related correspondence in addition to participating in projects geared toward further improving current team processes. To be successful in this role, one must be able to communicate clearly and concisely within the team as well as with our tenants and vendors, to think critically and be able to make informed decisions, and to be organized with the assigned workload.
