Position summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for creating and executing test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure they are defect-free and meet acceptance criteria.

Compensation: $93,600 - $145,600, commensurate with experience, education, and certifications. The range is an estimate; actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Review plans, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations related to assigned contracts and the Project Management Plan (PMP).
  • Assist in developing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) with client representatives.
  • Establish key performance quality indices.
  • Issue non-conformances regarding construction methods or materials during audits or inspections.
  • Monitor project performance against key quality indicators and report weekly to the Project Manager.
  • Conduct job site conferences with technical teams and contractors to review requirements and resolve issues.
  • Perform inspections of construction work to verify quality of workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with contract documents and codes. Prepare inspection reports.
  • Approve or reject materials based on specifications.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve quality issues and provide recommendations.
  • Audit manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors, and review acceptance testing.
  • Review and approve quality program submittals.
  • Participate in or lead project quality meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence for stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field, with at least 10 years of construction experience or 15 years total, including large infrastructure projects and testing disciplines.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.
  • Certification in construction inspection or related field from a recognized organization.
  • At least 5 years conducting QA audits in engineering and construction.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and travel as needed for inspections.
Preferred Experience:
  • PE license is desirable but not required.
Working Conditions:

Work is in both office and field environments, with 25%-75% field work involving climbing, walking, standing, and exposure to various weather conditions. Some lifting may be required.
