Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst will create and execute test cases for web-based and mobile applications to ensure they are defect-free and meet acceptance criteria.

The salary range is $93,600 - $145,600, depending on experience, education, and certifications. Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate's qualifications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Review plans, specifications, construction schedules, and contractor plans on assigned contracts, ensuring familiarity with the Project Management Plan (PMP) and safety regulations.
• Assist in developing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) with the client.
• Establish key performance quality indices.
• Issue non-conformance reports to contractors regarding construction methods or materials.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and report weekly to the Project Manager.
• Conduct job site conferences with technical teams to review project requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform inspections of construction work to verify quality and compliance with specifications, codes, and standards, and document findings.
• Approve or reject materials based on conformance.
• Collaborate with project team members to resolve quality issues and provide recommendations.
• Audit manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors, and review acceptance testing.
• Review and approve quality program submittals.
• Participate in or lead project quality meetings.
• Prepare correspondence with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and agencies.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field, with at least 10 years of construction or 15 years of demonstrable experience in large infrastructure projects.
• Experience with construction engineering, inspection, testing disciplines such as welding, non-destructive testing, electrical systems, rail systems, tunnel construction, and train control systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.
• Certification in building construction, inspection, or code enforcement from a recognized organization.
• At least 5 years of conducting quality assurance audits and surveillance.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel for inspections and factory testing as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• PE license is desirable but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in both office and construction site environments, with approximately 25% office and 75% field work. Field work involves climbing, walking, standing, and exposure to various weather conditions. Lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.
