Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Facilities Cleaning Technician to support a customer in the Greater Cincinnati/Hyde Park area. Ideal candidate is dependable, on-site daily, and capable of delivering high-quality cleaning with a skilled team.

Pay is $16-$18 per hour with lunch provided. Benefits include STD/LTD, PTO, paid holidays, and 401K. Background checks and drug screening are required; transportation to work is needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common area restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize guest room restrooms; dust and clean hard surfaces; vacuum, sweep and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; empty trash and replace liners; wipe doors and glass.
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Participate in periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
