Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for a customer in the Greater Cincinnati / Hyde Park area. The role requires dependable on-site presence daily and delivering high-quality cleaning services using proper janitorial practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential daily duties.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common area restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize guest restrooms and dust hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean carpets.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Wipe doors and glass; restock supplies as needed.
• Work with site-based personnel to complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Assist with periodic special facility projects.
• Support daily operations and ensure on-site presence.
