TDG Facilities is seeking a FULL-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN in the Greater Cincinnati area, including Hyde Park, to maintain high cleaning standards and support daily facility operations.

The role requires reliable transportation, on-site presence, and prior commercial cleaning experience. Shifts are Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00am to 7:30pm, with pay between $16 and $18 per hour and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Commercial janitorial experience is a plus.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common area restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms in guest rooms; dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose properly.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass; restock supplies as needed.
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Support laundry facility function.
• Periodic special facility team projects.
