Job summary

FirstService Residential in Nashville, TN is seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across indoor/outdoor settings. The role involves inspecting work, following safety procedures, and reporting to the Supervisor.

As a full-time associate, you’ll receive comprehensive benefits including medical plans, dental and Vision, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Pay is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, with bi-weekly payroll and a TBD schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Inspects areas daily and reports discrepancies.
• Ensures security and safety procedures are followed.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition.
• Cleans restrooms and restocks dispensers.
