Job summary

CCS Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain clean and disinfected facilities across our client sites. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, manage trash and recycling, and ensure restrooms and common areas are well-kept and safe.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture and keep furniture dust-free.
• Maintain lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and moldings while cleaning.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as required.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling containers.
• Report unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Keep a cleaning chart indicating areas cleaned and inspected.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
