TDG Facilities is seeking a Full-Time Facility Cleaning Technician for an educational customer in Cincinnati, OH. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, offering hourly pay between $17 and $19.

Ideal candidates are dependable and able to work with a skilled team, have commercial cleaning experience, and reliable transportation to the site. TDG emphasizes growth and exceptional service while supporting a diverse client base.

• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work.
