Job summary

AHI Facility Services, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our cleaning team at Bay City ISD.

The role includes cleaning floors and surfaces, removing waste, and maintaining a hygienic environment, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Requirements include 18 years or older, legal work status in the United States, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand during shifts, and the ability to pass a background and fingerprint check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for duration of shift.
• Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprint check.

Responsibilities

• Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting).
• Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing).
• Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions.
• Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
