Job summary

AHI Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable cleaning associate in the United States. The role requires you to perform floor care, surface cleaning and waste removal, while using chemicals safely and following safety guidelines.

You will represent the facility professionally and follow instructions from supervision. The position entails standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and passing a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Background check
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Responsibilities

• Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting)
• Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing)
• Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions
• Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed
